On Friday, 8 May 2015, an educational workshop entitled The Art of Good Communication for Strengthening Social Dialogue was held. It was attended by representatives of the Independent Trade Union of Croatian Library Workers. The educational workshops conducted within the ESF Strengthening of Social Dialogue project are aimed at raising awareness of the importance of social dialogue and the strengthening of competencies and organizational skills of the trade union for the purposes of the social dialogue process.
